Alonso Cedillo's work explores post-internet reality by dissolving the boundaries between reality and fiction.  Defining the post-internet as his medium and his mediums as protocols, his work materializes through painting, sculpture, video, post-photography, web pages, machine learning and online games.

Cedillo started mixing video and painting and making flash video games in 2009, creating installations and coding interactive experiences. Three years later he began an ongoing practice & research on alternate economies, community currencies, timebanks, and tokenization through the creation of Alternate Reality Games (ARG), creating digital and in-world happenings. Since 2012, he has promoted the use of tokenization to create networks that allow us to gain equity in the age of the digital revolution.

His work was been shown at the Donaufestival (Austria), NRML Festival (México), Festival Transitio MX (México), and TOGETHER (USA), is part of the Contemporary Art Museum of Querétaro, Museum of Modern Art Toluca, Foreign Affairs and Matias Romero Institute Museum, Museum of Art of Sinaloa (MASIN), Museum of Contemporary Art of Yucatan (MACAY), and the SHCP Museum.
